As a St. Louis native, Joshua has a love for his city and the unique architecture it holds. Not only is it disheartening when property management companies cut corners and fail to see the potential in certain properties, but Joshua's sales and management background also enables to recognize the loss in value that stems from such misinformed choices.
After recognizing these pitfalls as opportunities, Joshua created Gould Holdings to fill the huge gap where most property management companies fall short. While an average property manager considers occupancy rate, an excellent property manager understands how stagnant rents, deferred maintenance, a lack of cleaning, and high turnover rates can also severely, negatively impact a property over time - and at Gould Holdings, we pride ourselves on being excellent property managers.
